Vanilla Cream Scones with orange zest. Made some with chocolate chips too. Might’ve made the dough a bit too thin (they’re being used for strawberry shortcake tomorrow), but I’m thoroughly convinced that citrus zest makes anything better.
If you were to judge me by this forum, you would say I'm a navel-gazing cat-loving public health geek who loves to post pictures of food and herself... which isn't too far off the mark.
